leetl (massive) problems...
1. after treatment of water their dumping the salt back in the water
2. this means the phillip island fairy penguins die...
3. the fish die...
4. the seals die...
5. the water becomes saltyer
6. its costingus 3-10 times as much for water (thats the same for melbourne to!)
an extra 900$ per family per year
